Reverend. Alamazie Warren, affectionately known as “Zee” was born in Pensacola, Florida and raised in Los Angeles, California where he began his journey in ministry under Dr. Melvin V. Wade, Sr. at Mount Moriah Baptist Church of Los Angeles where he was licensed.
Ordained under Bishop Joseph Walker III at Mount Zion Baptist Church of Nashville, Tennessee Rev. Warren served as the Director of In-Reach Ministries for a congregation of over 20,000 members. Rev. Zee earned his Bachelor Degree in Bible Theology with a minor in Church Vocation in 2005 from American Baptist College and later in 2015 he also received his Masters of Organizational Leadership from Trevecca Nazarene University, both in Nashville. As a life learner, Rev. Zee continues his studies and is expected to obtain his Master of Divinity from Regents University of Virginia Beach, Virginia in the spring of 2021.
Presently, Rev. Zee serves as The Minister of Children and Youth at Harlem’s Convent Avenue Baptist Church under Dr. Jesse T. Williams Jr. Rev. Zee’s vision is to “make disciples that edify the body of Christ” in support of the mission of Convent Avenue Baptist. It is Reverend Zee’s ambition to continue lighting a flame that “changes people who change communities that reshape the world for Jesus Christ.”
Rev. Zee is a devoted father to Amber and Sean Jackson and an active member of Kappa Alpha Psi, Fraternity Incorporate and a dedicated member of Masonic Lodge Joppa #55 A.F. & A.M. of Harlem, New York.
