Emery L. Ailes
Reverend Emery L. Ailes, III preached his trial sermon in
May 2004 and was licensed on July 15, 2004, and ordained on
October 7, 2006.
His education is as follows:
- BA in Economics from Lehman College in December of 2002
- MPS in Urban Studies in January 2006
- M.Div in Bible and Theology May 2009
- Doctoral Candidate at both United and Drew Theological
Seminaries
He’s an Associate Minister at Convent Avenue Baptist
Church, the Sunday School Teacher of class A-9, President
of Prison/Substance Abuse Ministries, Member of the Manhattan
Paralegal Society, Member of the Golden Key Honor Society,
and a member in good standing of the illustrious fraternity
Omega Psi Phi, Fraternity, Incorporated.
As a preacher and teacher of the gospel, his main form of
ministry is to the Men of Convent Avenue Baptist Church and
all who suffer from the disease of substance abuse and/or
the formerly incarcerated. By His Grace, Rev. Ailes’
goal is to help save lives by demonstrating the Power of the
Holy Ghost as He is active in his life. He is happily married
to Sister Regina Maria Ailes. We have a daughter Tiwana Edwards
age 32, and Emery Z. Ailes, IV age 12.
